Jan Gudis is CEO and Principal Broker of Buyer's Choice Funding, Inc. a Mortgage Broker Business serving homeowners throughout the State of Florida. She shares her Oviedo, FL home with her husband Dennis, an American Bulldog named Webster, a Bichon Frichese name Morty, 2 cats, indoor and outdoor fish and a Peach Face Lovebird.
Jan enjoyed 22 years in the entertainment production industry before financial disaster struck resulting in a personal bankrupctcy. She realized during her ordeal there was no where for people experiencing financial trauma to go for truthful factual advice regarding struggles with money. Her experience prompted her to found The Fresh Start Home Buyers Club which helps people overcome the negative event and move on in life with the least amount of damage to their personal and financial life. To date she has helped 974 families get into or keep the home of their dreams.
Jan is very active in her community and has been honored on several occassions by The Greater Oviedo Chamber of Commerce and the Oviedo-Winter Springs Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of The National Association of Mortgage Brokers, Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers and is currently working on her Certified Life Coach designation.
